We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from enjoying your reservation. To accommodate you, we have implemented a policy that allows for free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. You can call the reception until 4:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled arrival to inform us of your cancellation.
If this deadline is exceeded, we will charge the equivalent of one night's stay with taxes to the credit card provided as a guarantee at the time of booking.
